Transaction Services Documents

BACKGROUND: The client – KPMG – required designs for a series of proposal documents that were regularly produced by their Transaction Services (TS) team.

THE BRIEF: To produce A4 printed pitch documents aimed at potential TS clients. These would be sent out at fairly regular intervals with similar sections each time, tailored to suit. Content included: description of services offered, experience, financials, appendices with text heavy tables and TS team CVs. On average each booklet would have between 20-30 pages with a quick turnaround of 2-4 days. Some of the projects also had code names to preserve confidentiality.

SOLUTION: The design I came up with, had more of a fun, engaging, look and feel than the average dry financial services proposal. Using bright colours and infographics, and an interesting table style which could be replicated across future versions. To elevate the final printed documents they were bound into pre-produced, foil blocked acetate covers.

OUTCOME: The Transaction Services team were very pleased with the results and had great feedback from their potential prospects.
